Another new one for me. VMPro 4.1.40, Intuity mode- user cannot forward voice message. When press 1 during or after listening to mesg, nothing happens.
Works fine on 4.1.27. Anybody know?

I have a site with the same issue. havent looked for the fix yet.

Issue turned out to be user was using visual voice, but using instuctions for voice prompts. In visual voice, have to page over and use copy, not forward on 1st screen while listening to messages.
