VMPRO EXE deleted

Installing 4_0 deleted the exe-file's for vmpro.

Uninstalling vmpro always pop's a box with access denied.

Installing the new vmpro give's the same box.

Anyone who can help me???

is the first time that you have this problem?
It could be a windows setting problem?
voice mail pro was running under win xp?

disable firewalls, and antivirus during transfer of app files, and installation of software. I have seen these mess with software installs, and transfers of software install files before.

I always shut these off now before I transfer software app files, or installing apps.
