I was wondering if there was a way to have it timeout if only 2 digits were pressed that didn't match anything already configured? Hard to explain, but I've gotten some complaints that sometimes it doesn't take all their keypresses apparently, but instead of timing out or anything it just leaves them hanging, any way to potentially check for this behavior and send them to something saying sorry there entry was not recognized or something and asking them if they want to go back to the main menu the employee directory or speak to the operator? would potentially ?? work or would it match everything and make the whole system unresponsive to touchtones? Thanks for any help.
 
I just say Invalid Input handling at main menu but apparently that doesnt seem to be working or it thinks the entries are not invalid.. it's currently set to timeout which should bring up the menu again I would guess.
 
Put a $ as a key press and route as required.

This acts as a catch-all for any key presses that aren't more specifically matched.

Thanks, I read a little more in the VM client and was heading towards that point, also turning on invalid entry and having invalid route.. 1 of the 2 will hopefully be better then having them have dead air if it doesn't pick up 1 of their keypresses.. which can happen fairly often from a cell phone in my experiences..
 
Thanks again, just tried the $ in the menus and it works.. apparently invalid isn't quite polished yet and doesnt seem to work yet(haven't upgraded to the November 4.2 yet, still on the latest 4.2 prior to that...
