Hi,

I'd like to know all the informations on the header of a wave file created by VMPro when a record occur.

For example, I can have :
RIFFæÛ WAVEfmt @ €> ALCHî Avaya I 215 Olivier ÃÌÆ?0674894596 0674894596 p
Olivier fact ÀÚ dataÀÚ àÿ ÿpÿ 0

Or
RIFFVó WAVEfmt @ €> ALCHî Avaya 0674894596 OLIVIER_PORTABLE PÍÆ?215 7566 p
OLIVIER_PORTABLE Olivier fact 0ò data0ò

And it seems that the informations are not at the same place, depending tha call is outgoing or incoming ...

Is there the exact header structure to follow to get exacts informations ?

Thanks

Something looks corrupt.

Maybe a language problem ?

Try backing up, uninstalling voicemail pro, reboot and reinstalling

Hi,
No I don't think it's corrupted, the header looks OK
My problem is to retreive the informations ant their significations.
And perhaps a document exists ?

Thanks

lol language problem, i kill me
Haven't seen any docs on this. It usually just works.
I remember a thread on here with someone trying to change the info of the email.

How are you doing the recording? manual or auto on the user ? i have had problems recording on hunt groups and account codes

I have to record manualy AND auto
So the header WAV file is diferent ...

I'm sure the email form has a couple of things it needs to send to you.

The caller and the called party. These are going to be different depending on incoming or outgoing calls.

The email form would use the caller and called numbers in the same place so would be different for incoming and outgoing.
Does this make sense ?

yes you're right
but I want to read all the things of a header :
- incoming or outgoing ?
- internal or not ?
- caller ?
- called ?
- name ?
- DDI ?
...
Thanks

Im not sure if this is relative to your post, are you using contact store for recording? If you are, the wave files are recorded into a compressed format in-which you would need a special codec to listen to them with, and im sure the deader of the wav file itself would look a bit different than what you would see in a standard wav file.

olive sorry haven't seen anyone sucessfully succeed in what you are trying to do yet
