VMPro AA not disconnecting

Hi all,
Have IPO500 4.0 & VMPro 4.0 w/4 analog CO trunks (loop start). The IP Office is not releasing the line after a disconnect at times, though the CO does and the next call just rings open. Lines are all set to the default settings still. I thought I had the problem solved by having the 'Timeout' in the AA route to 'Disconnect' but it did not solve the problem completly.

Not sure if I explained this well enough. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that your system is set to the correct country code to ensure your using the correct busy tone detection settings (system telephony tab). Also check and see if your telco provider supports disconnect clear which is vital if your customer is doing trunk to trunk transfering/forwarding.

You can find the option to enable disconnect clear within the analogue trunk options.
