VMPro 2.1 license error -- VMPro just stopped working

Hi,

Anyone know of any logs to look at that would show errors on why a server running fine all of sudden display a licensing error on screen? VMPro stopped working, USB dongle plugged in and still seen. Key server running on same server but the customer rebooted server before I got call so not sure if the key server may have crashed or not. Event logs didn't have any errors.

After reboot, VM is humming along the whole day without problems. Need to find cause of this though.

When you look in manager is the license valid or invalid. also on the dongle pc is the feature key server white with a red X or is the feature key still red. also check to see if you have any pc with 2.0 manager still installed.

Only thing I can think of there is to have monitor running at all times, and periodically go in and clean out the log files. 'Fraid it won't help you find the cause of this crash though.
