VMB question

Hi,I am new to the meridian and am trying to add a 3903 phone. I look at the configs on other phones and notice key 16 has MWK 3999. When I do a change I cant get ITEM key 16 to take the MWK 3999. Also even though phone is working it wont allow going into voicemail from phone when pushing the "message" button even though I set it up on MM.Do I have to put something in the field VMB on the opt 11? Any help is appreciated. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

find a vacant number, ld 20 prt ludn,
return.. pick one even if it's temp, find a vacant tn , ld 20 luvu, type 3000..

you can then do an easy change, to make the set an exact copy or make any other changes
