VM to Email 9.1.5

Hello all,

I just recently upgrade from 9.0 to 9.1.5 and everything went smooth but vm to email is no longer working... i keep getting authentication unsuccessful. Nothing has change with my email settings. Im using a comcast email address to send with port 587. i did add these settings to the IPO SMTP tab to see if the system can send alerts and the IPO was successful. vmpro is running on a windows server 2012. heres a log file below. Any ideas would be great! thanks

Did you try to program it in the voicemail pro.Works better for me.

JoConnex this is a log from VMPro i just set the IPO to send alerts to show that my email server is working and able to send out from my customers network. I think i will try reinstalling VMPro because everything worked before the upgrade.....

I suspect that Comcast now requires encrypted login. Your log shows that you're authenticating in plain text

Just had my customer setup a relay for their hosted exchange and got it working. I'll take it! thanks for the replies!!
