I just upgraded a SOE & VM Pro to version 4.0 and now have issues with leaving a voicemail. When a user calls in (currently POTS lines) and they get the users VM greeting and decide to leave a message a problem occurs:
1. If the caller leaves a message and just hangs-up - the message is not saved or created.
2. If the caller leaves a message and presses # at the end of the message for more options and then forces the send of the voicemail the message will successfully get created/saved and all is well.
Has anyone experienced this yet? I am currently testing using internal telephones to see if the issue still occurs
