Hi,

I'am trying setup a call flow for users/hunt groups to include Test Condition (Day/Night service) and Test Variable User (Reception On/Off), but it doesn't work.
It works fine when call goes to AutoAttendant module.

In VM Examples under Creating Hunt Group Attendant it uses OpenHours module, but in my setup I've used separate building blocks for Test Cond. & Test User Variable .. so it should work anyway.

Any idea?

VM PRO 4.2 (19)
IPO 500 4.2 (4)

TIA

so you have a start point that is pointed to a "test condition" that is then pointed to the true or false action???

do you have a calander set up or time of day set up?

true is pointed to Assisted transfer
false is pointed to Leave Mail.

Calendar is set up, as per VM examples.

Is the modifier set to "Or" not "And" on your calender as it can't be two days at once, it goes to And by default I beleive.

After some test in VM PRO, I found out that Test Condition/Test User Variable works only if call goes thru Module (in my case Auto Attendat)
So If I want to use Out Of Hours in Default/specific start point i have to use Route By Call Status (OutOfHours is pointed to Leave Mail).
I've tried using TimeProfile in Incoming Call Route, but it doesn't work ...

TIA

So putting a test condition looking at a calender in a start point and not a module doesn't work.

ACS - IP Office Implement

OutOfHours in Route by Call Status only works for Hunt Groups, but not for User, which I was looking for :(

I had one that had always worked until I upgraded to 4.2. I then had to take the Test variable and put in a different module and send the Test condition, true to a GoTo the new module. The two wouldn't work within the same module.

brainey1,

can you describe more specifically how did you do your new call flow?

TIA
