Having a problem with the VM Pro Minimum Message Length which doesn't seem to be working on 2 systems V7.0.5 or V7.0.12 with the correct VM Pro version for the release.
VM Pro set to IP Office Mode, caller hangs up straight away and user still gets a VM Message.
VM Pro set to Intuity Mode works fine.
Checked all the usual preferences, including the registry.

Any Ideas or suggestions.

You could try to have a look in the registry;

Look for MinimumMessageLength

Windows XP;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Avaya\Media Services\Directories

Windows7;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Avaya\Media Services\Directories

Thanks for the reply Bas1234, I did say in the post that I had "Checked all the usual preferences, including the registry"

For IP Office mode the regisrty entry seems to be IPOMinimumMessageLength.
