IP Office mode

Password I Can accept but asking for my extn number? you already know it its the one I'm calling from!
many other common VM tasks also require excessive input compared to the IP Office mode variants
Visual voice has made things easier (That was originaly adopted form the INDeX & available on DT series handsets it took until release V4.2 until it was available on the DS handsets).
I like to keep thinsg as simple as possible for the end users for obvious reasons
A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
I have to come to the rescue of Intuity mode here.
A lot of other systems use the same interface here in North America so people are used to it.
When I log in then I hit # for my extension number as I am on my own phone and my 8 digit password (kidding of course I have a 10 digit PW) and then I go 2 then 0 as you don't have to listen to all the blabla from the vm Mary. It takes not a lot more time then your IPO mode but is more secure. And I also keep a couple of greetings for emergencies that I just activate. I have greeting #2 that I recorded when I was really sick and sounded like it too.
North America works different than Europe and features are wanted and not looked at as a burden by most people.
I only installed IPO mode once or twice in the 12 years I install IPO just like you guys are probably the other way around. Both modes have their purpose and it comes down to personal preference.

Voicemail is big here and people want it. They want to leave voicemails so that people can ignore them just as well as they ignore emails

4. Sick leave (axe to the head), back on Monday.
5. Work travel (getting new slaves), depends on the wind.
6. Gone for the day (Heavy drinking), should be OK noon next week.
