Hello I have a VM Pro 9.1 that keeps filling up and not accepting messages. When we look at the boxes there are maybe 10 in the system. It is not a UC module. What we find is that there are 2 files that write everyday. A log file and another that I can't remember the name right now. They are supposed to overwrite, but they are not. There is no way to remove the files to free up space. We tried deleting with WinSCS and it won't allow the delete. Only option was to rebuild on a second box. We did upgrade almost a year ago but the problem returned.

Anyone has a permanent fix for this?

This sounds like a linux system to me.
Log in to One-X Portal as administrator an turn off the logging there.
Then stop the One-X Portal service and try deleting the big file again.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanks, Yes it is a linux. The One x was not running and still we could not delete files. I understand there is a way to remove them from the command prompt, but the underlying issue remains. The files are still being written.

Then stop all services.
Which file is the problem?
