Have a customer with an IP500V2 6.0.8 software with VM Pro.
The system is erasing messages at will. Also cannot seem to get Vmail to Email to work with any consistency. If I go in to services on the PC and stop and then start the voicemail service sometimes it will send out the messages in a .wav file to the email as we want. Have turned off auto updates and also made sure there is no security software running that may be causing the issue. I am currently running trace files in debug to send to Catalyst, but just trying to see if anyone else has had this issue or if anyone has any ideas as this is making me lose my mind.
