I have a site running IP500, VM Pro & Contact Store.
All software versions are up to the latest V7 available.
VM Pro & Contact Store are installed on a 2003 server.

The problem is that occasionally in the VRL folder a number of 0kb .tmp files appear & Contact Store rejects these files and constantly writes to the CSCM.log file creating HUGE (18GB) log files.

Has anybody had any similar problems or any idea why the VM Pro would create these files?

Thanks

Monkey

Not seen it.
We run VMPro and CS on a server 2003.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

firstly turn the logging level to WARN. you can edit the preferences file - its in the CS install info on the KB.

Ive seen 0KB temp files in busy call centres. I tend to ignore it when ive done the above ;-)

Hairlessupportmonkey, thanks will give that a try.

In VMPro.

Hit F9 > Email > SMTP sender > untick logging

Then delete all files in C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\logs

You only need it when you have errors.

ps. Also check if houskeeping is giving you problems.
