I am having trouble getting calls for my hunt group to go to the AA. I have set it to night in manager and put in a route by call status in vm pro.

I have voicemail on in the hunt group. Do I need to do something special. In the older 3.2 software it just seemed to work.

It just goes to the regular hunt group mailbox, not the aa message and menu tree.

What am I missing?

Thanks.

If you created a module in vm pro then you can put callers straight to the module via Incoming Call Route.
Put VM:Modulename as the destination.
If you want to use the VM of the group then in VM Pro go to "specific start points", right click on groups and add your group from the drop down box, select "leave" and click OK
Now you have a specific start point for that group. you can add a action here like a "Goto" and point it to the module you created with the menu.
If you created a AA in Manager and you have VM Pro then it is about time to get some education.

did a vmpro reinstall and it started to work thanks
