I have a system IP Office 3.2.54 and VM Pro 3.2.28.4.

Over the weekend the VM notifcation stopped all other VM fuctions were working fine.. The fix is to stop and start VM services.

I know there was an issue with this in 2.1.X ( I worked with Tier 4 for months before they fixed)and it was resolved in later releases... Did Avaya forget to put the patch in newer 3.2 versions?

Anyone else see this problem in 3.2X

i had the same problem, but it was on 3.2(17). since i upgraded to (53) it hasn't happened.

i had a problem with VMPro stopping due to some type of error.

the fix for me was to put the "$" sign on EVERY menu that you had as a "touch tone" and connect them, or loop it back to the start point of the menu.

VMPro also has problems with XP PRO. i have used XP HOME and have had no problems with it. something about XP PRO VMPro does not like.

hope this helps!

Thanks for responses so far..

like I said VM doesn't stop completely.. just the callback stops and I have to stop and start services to get it to work again.

it sounds like the same thing i encountered. Everything worked perfect and then one day it just stopped outcalling. Everything else stilled worked fine, but it wouldn't call just this one guy. It would continue to call everyone except this particular person.
