I have come across this problem 3 times now. I always install the Express Messanger VM card in slot 8 of of the first SX200 EL cabinet. About a month from the install date I get a trouble call about customers getting dead are when they call the VM. Ports on the card answer the call but do nothing with it. If I reset the card it fixes the problem but it comes back in a few weeks. When I move the card to another slot I dont see the problem anymore. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem or if anyone knows why it would be happening. Thanx

I have been doing the same thing and have had many problems with remote access on the systems also. Mitel has now come out with a Tech Bulletin that says that the EM should be installed in slots 1-4 to resolve these issues. I am in the process of moving them as I can.
