VLANs on 1924 Catalyst

hi all..

some documentation says the 1900 with the Enterprise CatOS can do VLANs.. but i installed the Enterprise CatOS for 1924 Cisco switch, and can't configure VLANs, nor do any ISL VLAN trunking, nor even VTP...

is there anything else i need to do to the CatOS, or switch to get it to enable the VLAN option...?..

i have the latest CatOS installed.. Cisco doesn't have any later CatOS for 1924 than i do..
