Visual Studio Setup Error (Failed to Register MSADDNDR.DLL)

I want to setup Visual Studio 6.0 on my NT Server. At the end of setup it gives an error as - Failed to Register C:\Program Files\Common Files\designer\MSADDNDR.DLL
Anyone who can provide help is welcome.
