All I want to do is switch off those annoying fading menus!!!!!!!

Right-click Computer and click Properties.

Click Advanced System Settings on the left pane.

Click Settings under the Performance Settings

Untick "Fade or Slide Menus into View"

Click OK twice and then then close the System Properties window.

Thought this was supposed to be easier ansd quicker!!! Thats what it said on the box.
