Vista Ultimate - Media Centre Extender

Hi guys, can anyone possibly point me in the right direction here?
I've installed vista ultimate and setup Media centre.
I now want to view the media centre through my tv downstairs.
I believe you have to have a "Media Centre Extender" to do this?
I've found this

but it's not compatible with vista, only XP media centre edition 2005, and the only other way I can find of doing it, is by getting an XBox 360 and buying the wireless adapter.

Surely I haven't got to buy an XBox to get this to work?
