I use an eFax solution that converts fax files to .tif files and attaches to an email. It worked fine in XP but since upgrading to Vista when I open the tif file it rotates to the widest profile and consequently stretches and distorts the image. I have tried using different programs to aoutomaticlly open this file format, but always with the same results

How to troubleshoot a program that does not run as expected after it is installed on Windows Vista

Do you have this lengthy named file on your Vista machine?

C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-fax-common.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6000.16386_en-us_4777ffb339c4e9f8\WelcomeFax.tif

If so what happen when you click on that .tif file in Vista?

Have you tried IrfanView to opem these type of files? It has something called "Multipage TIF editing" whatever that is?
