One of the users have a PC desktop with Windows Vista, Internet Explorer 7 and McAfee Antivirus. when they want to check their emails on the domain they can access it via the website. The problem is that they can view their emails but when they click on the reply button, it does not become editable. There is a greyed out blank form with a small red cross (x) at the top left side of the edit box. with Windows XP it works fine and they can reply to their emails.

Does anyone know much about windows vista and why it is doing this?
