Vista Home Prem & Win Mail Annoying Msg

Windows Mail is working okay, but when I close Windows Mail an annoying window pops up saying I'm not an administrator and installation is incomplete.

Clicking okay button terminates the dialog.

Running winmail.exe using 'run as administrator' eliminates the problem. You have to do this each time though.

How can I set winmail.exe to permanently ‘run as administrator’? Under Properties, all items are grayed out disallowing changes.

Problem gone.

Tried shutdown/poweron several times and problem persisted.

Shutdown modem, wireless router and computer. Restarted all and error message no longer appears when closing Windows Mail.

Don't know why problem resolved, but it is.
