Hi,
We have been running into problems with remote locations using Firebox Edge x10e's (or 5's, 20's, or 55's for that matter) and Vista when the firmware on the Edge is 10.0, 10.1, or 10.2. The Vista PC's will pull an address and be connected to an "unknown network" and they cannot access the internet or anything else. Our XP and 2000 computers have no problem with the 10 release of the firmware. Our only solution for now is to downgrade the hardware to firmware version 8.6.2 which works fine for all 3 OS's. Watchguard tech support has not really been helpful thus far. We use mutliple Fireboxes on our network and the Peak we are using is a Peak 6000. Any thoughts you have on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
