Vista and Crystal 8.5 printing problems.

Vista will not run Crystal Reports using 8.5. Crystal indicates you must have Verson 11 and a patch to be completed later on this year to run a report. Version 12 will be compatable with Vista. Does anyone have a solution other that waiting for Crystal to fix this problem?

I just installed both v8.5 and v9 on a new VISTA laptop (Home Basic) and both can be used to create reports against the sample database just fine. Haven't done extensive testing but so far I have had zero problems.

I have over 300 complicated crystal reports.
Tried numerous ways to get Vista to run the reports

How did you register your crystl32.ocx ??? If you cannot register it no reports will run.

I have 0 results.

Just did a normal install of Crystal Reports. What happens if you try to create a new simple report against the sample database that comes with Crystal. Do you get an error? That is as far as my tests have gone.
