Visio: Replicating a shape's User-Defined cells

I am a new visio user and am currently working on a gantt chart. I have added on 3 new columns on a default gantt chart, and have customised one of the shape's user-defined cell values (a simple formula was added in). I want to be able to easily replicate this new functionality to all other similar shapes on the same diagram without having to go to the ShapeSheet page and edit individually.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
