Visio HTML output - embedded bitmaps not working

I have experienced the same before.
Try adjusting the settings in the "save as web" dialog:
Click on "Save as web", then on "publish".
In the Appearance tab, adjust to your screen resolution.
In the General tab, click on format options and try using a different alternative format like JPG or so.
You will have to try several settings anyway and find out which are best.
