Visio 2007 with Office 2003

My computer was installed with Office 2003 Professional. Since I have to use Visio, I just installed Visio 2007. As a result, once I open Outlook, it prompts a box that Visio 2007 is configuring something. The message shows everytime. It is very annoying.

How can I cancel it? Many thanks.
