VISIO 2003 shape protection

Hi,
I am using visio 2003 program.
I was trying to create a UML class diagram. and when I drag drop the class on to the main page, by default the shape is protected for "rotation" and "height".
I see this when I go to "format"-"protection".

I cleared all the check boxes and saved.After that I am able to rotate the diagram but NOT increase the height of this shape.
I am not sure where else to look.Pl. advise..

also in drawing explorer, the document is not protected by any thing...
