What are the current viruses going about using icmp-echo's ?

msblaster and the nachi virus . These are the bad boys of the recent past that raised havoc with a lot of networks .

If your trying to track down the source (infected host's) you can use Netflow if your IOS supports it, then its easy to identify these devices.
