Hi,

A guy at work running Outlook (v.?) is suddenly receiving hundreds of emails that are dating back to as early as April. They don't seem to be any new ones. They didn't just get marked as unread; they are downloading.

Any ideas?

It is not a virus for certain.

Mail is downloading from where? Exchange server or ISP? Sounds like the person needs to check with the administrator of the mail server. joegz

The mail is downloading from the server. The administrator has no idea what it is, but doesn't think it is a virus.
