Virus or what?

I am running Windows 2000 server. When I look into my Add/Remove Programs list, I notice that there is a mIRC program on that list. As I am being recalled I never install any mIRC on my comp. THen When I click on remove it, it says"
This uninstall mIRC from folder
c:\winnt\system32Do you wish to proceed?
"

Should I press Yes or no to proceed?

This is a chat client... Or something disguised as it. Personally I would uninstall it.
