SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\VirtualDevice Drivers.VDD.
Virtual Device Driver format in the registery is invalid. Choose Close to terminate application

There's a choice of Close or Ignore

I normally click ignore and PC boots up normally.
When I run a DOS based program (Qbasic) which has never caused me problems, it appears again and "Ignore" allows it to run. "Close" closes it down.
This problem has only arisen recently.
Can you help anyone.

I tried Microsofts solution but does not work so need a gennuis to help now:)
