System: Option 81C 4.50W with SS 4.50.25, and MC-8 (VGMC)

Completed configuration of SS, VGMC, and virtual superloop. Trying to now register I2004 but registration fails. While double-checking SS I noticed under the Superloop tab the SS didn’t have the virtual loop labeled as such. Type is blank. I’ve tried to edit that loop (152) from SS but will not allow any changes. All other superloops are labeled correctly including a phantom loop on the system. Could this be stopping the I2004 from registering and any ideas why SS doesn’t acknowledge the loop type?

If you could programm your IP set on the virtual loop 152 then it's really a virtual loop...
Compare result by printing from LD 97 PRT SUPL with the virtual terminal access.

Is your IP set on T.LAN?
How is it configured ? DHCP or Manually? if DHCP try with manual config.

When I print cequ from switch side the loop appears as V152. I've even removed the loop and built it from the SS side and no change..After SS transmitts info to CS and you reopen superloop tab the loop is listed but the type is blank and no chnage can be made. TLan is configured and working. After the phone fails to register I can ping that static IP from the TLAN side. I'm using manual or static IP's.

The display from SS looks to be an error from the Element Manager itself. Don't take care about.

Is the node acitve? Go LD 117 STAT SERV. Give a print

To register a phone manually you need to enter the Node IP@ as S1, the set IP@, port 4100. Then it may register on the Node and prompt you for Node number and TN.

What do you get at the set display?

Here's the prt from ld 117:
stat serv

NODE HOSTNAME ELANIP LDR SRV APPS PBXLINK PBXLINK PBXLINK CONNECTID

I'm using the the SS T-Lan Node IP when set up I2004 in the S1, port 4100, S2 is the MC-8 cards T-Lan IP port 4100. display in phone says server unreachable, restarting..I've even tried the E-Lan Ip's and no change. What am I missing here.

1st: LTPS have to be enable on SS. I don't see it...
2nd: S1 must be the T-lan node IP@. S2 doesn't have to be set up and surely not the MC TLAN ip@ !!
3rd: The set IP@ must be in the same subnet as TLAN
4th: VLAN doesn't have to be set up if you just trying your phone on the same switch where TLAN is connected. It could be set only if network apply the same configuration.

LTPS is exactly what was missing. However, it was turned on in the SS. After a cold restart on the SS it appeared in the CS. Everything is working fine now.. Thanks for your help.
