I'm trying to perform Coverage remote function to a cell # from a virtual station.
I have setup (and works)the following:
Sta Type 4620
COS 10
cov path 475
Y to all for coverage criteria.
Coverage Points
Point1 r30
Remote Call Coverage Table
30: 91xxxaaazzzz
Call Connects
THIS WORKS!! [bigsmile]

The following does NOT work
Sta Type VIRTUAL
COS 10
cov path 475
Y to all for coverage criteria.
Coverage Points
Point1 r30
Remote Call Coverage Table
30: 91xxxaaazzzz
Receive intercept tone (wave off), Call does NOT complete.

How can I accomplish this simple task?? Where am I not configuring something?

Does an X-ported station produce the same result as your virtual station for you?

what is the COR?

list trace station xxxx and post here for the failure

Avaya. Too little or no help? Expensive?
For FAST switch support at bargain rates, give bsh a call.

It shows that you do not have a location table selected, that is why you are getting wave off on the failed call. Try changeing the ars table for location all for the one number you are trying to forward to "91818...." then give it a try.

Tolson - If it was the ARS table as suggested, why does the call COMPLETE with a non virtual ext?
Im trying to make this work with a VIRTUAL station.

The non virtual station is located within a "location" and is able to follow the ARS rules for that location. Your trace shows that there is no rule how to route the call to the number that you are trying to dial.

Thank you Tolson!! That explained it!!
Also as a side note...
Virtual stations use ARS location ALL!!
