virtual smpt server can not receive all mail

Hi,

Since a few days we have the following problem. When I make a reboot of the system some mail we did not receive and from another senders we receive the mail. When I stop the virtual smpt server and restart after that everything is working fine and I receive all the mail but then the hexamail spam filter does not work longer. Before a week they working together fine.
What can be the problem with the virtual smpt server ?
