the password is set with the SCPL on the set programming

How can I find what the password is? also, what settings and/or configuration should be on the station?
Print the TNB of the phone.
the number next to the SCPW (Station Control Password) is the password for that phone.
You should have VOUA (Virtual Office User Allowed) on any phone that will be able to log in virtually, and VOLA (Virtual Office Login Allowed) on any phone that someone can use as the physical set during a virtual office session.
Many people will put VOUA and VOLA on their sets. Just make sure you assign a SCPW to each phone if you do this.
