Virtual Memory errors

I am gettting the following error every hour on my Exchange 2000 server. When I try to stop the information store service the server takes a dump on me and reboot. Once it is back up I can stop and restart that service with out any problem untill the virtual memory error pops up again.

"The virtual memory necessary to run your Exchange server is fragmented in such a way that performance may be affected. It is highly recommended that you restart all Exchange services to correct this issue"

I recieved the same error when we installed Mcafee Group Shield on our server. I rebooted the server and have not seen it since. I think someone else here had this error but not sure if it was resolved. You may want to do a search on this.
