virtual memory and netmeeting issue

help pls!
I keep on getting a 'virtual memory low'prompt, only when I am using Netmeeting and recieving a call.This ones totally got me. Netmeting works fine if I place calls but if I accept a call the CPU hits 100% usage and the memory indicator starts to rise until it tops out. Task Manager tells me Netmeeting is not responding and does not shut it down.
I've changed the memory and DIMM places it sits in.I've also increased the page file size to the recommemnded size settings. Otherwise the system works fine.
Any help would be very much apprecieated.

HI.

1st - have you checked for virusses? with an UPDATED software.

2nd - Maybe installing IE6 or upgrading NetMeeting can help.

3rd - Have you installed SP2? And the IIS patches if you are running IIS?

4th - When you have the problem, start Task Manager - check out which proccess is the problem. It may help in diagnostic.
Check also the Event Viewer.
