VIrtual Directory or folder redirection

I have a directory thats not part of the typical windows supported folder redirection, that i need to redirect for particular groups of users.

The progam supports only the one location for forms, etc, and because this program is shared amonst users and groups, it gets confusing as to where and to whom all the data and files belong.

Any suggestions? I am stupmed, i thought i may have been volume mount points or junction points but that doesnt really work.
