Viewing Problem

Hi All. I have a real issue that I need help with. I have developed a website using frontpage and frames. the top frame has all my navigation in it where as the bottom frame is the body for each page. Some of my users have however have reported that they cant see the navigation frame at the top of the page. I have been unable to replicate this fault so wondered if some of you could help me! the site is at and I got one of my users to send me a screenshot of the problem, that is at Can any of you help!?!?!

The browswers that are not working are IE 6 and Netscape.

I can confirm that it does not work in IE6.
Looking at the source code of the header page shows a lot of formatting but no actual text to display. How is the page populated?

There was no link on your post but I got the URL from your original post.
When this page is loaded on its own, only the blue line containing the company's name is visible. When the source code is viewed there is no actual content
