Viewing headers

I am on WinXP now and will be on OSX later. Can anyone recommend a good way (application) to view headers for HTTP requests on a local machine? I typically use

http://www.rexswain.com/httpview.html

but I need to know what headers are being sent to my own computer, not Rex Swain's server script.

Since this is the Apache server forum, I assume that you'll be running Apache server on one of these machines. If that's the case, you can simply look at the Apache logs, or use a log analysis program to get this info.

Thanks - but I was looking to view what headers that Apache sent the client browser to verify that cookies were being received properly - so viewing the Apache log is only one half of the issue. I was most concerned about what the browser received from Apache.

Thanks to the gearheads at Mozilla, I just found a tasty Firefox extension called LiveHTTPHeaders that does this nicely.
