Viewing Custom Forms in Web Access

Hello,

I have a user that created a custom form for his contacts folder. The custom form works just fine when he's in the office, but when he accesses the information from home via the Web Access, the default form shows up and he can't see his custom fields.

Is there a way to allow custom fields in Outlook Web Access?
