Is there something built in to IIS so that you can view IP addresses of people currently hitting your site and what pages they are hitting or do you use another product for this information?

Look at the log files default location is %systemroot%\system32\logiles .

You might want to get some 3rd party app to make them into nice graphs and hit stats
