View blocked spam

We are using Spambouncer.
We have set the SPAMFOLDER= and BLOCKFOLDER= to a folder called "blockedmail" created in /var/tmp (Linux Redhat 7.0 box). This folder collects all blocked spam which is fine. But occasionaly we may need to view or recover some false positives. Viewing this flat file with "vi" is not too practical. Does anyone know a way to view this file with an email client like Outlook Express or Eudora? I tried directing the spam to a dummy account's mbox but no luck.
