video popups and clickability

I was needing to know if anyone else has come across this issue, on our website we have video clips that are accessible. When you select a video you get a new window that shows the video. Inside my network, my users cannot open the video, instead an error shows up inside the box that normally shows the videos. Other websites that have a video popups work just fine.

While trying to retrieve the URL:

I am in contact with our website hosting company and they havent given me a clear reason for this error.

for those of you who come across this problem, ours was solved by flushing the DNS cache on our system after Clickability had changed an ip address for the server where the videos were stored
