Video pixelates

I'm using Flash MX 2004. I've imported a video clip that I want to use but the video looses all of it's quality when I import it. It gets very "pixely" (ok so that's not a real word but you know what I mean.)

I've tried using an mpeg as well as a wmv file. What can I do to get the clear picture back?
