Video Display on LCD Monitor

I have designed a vertical page at 720x1280 to be displayed on a lcd monitor mounted vertically. I cannot see to find out how to rotate the image this way. Is it an option with the monitor or the video card? Please can anyone help me?

That option should be in your video card's software.
If it's not there, then update the drivers.

Where would I find this option?

Open Control Panel, click on Display/Settings/Advanced, click on your video card's tab, and search around for that option.
